Process & Timeline.
Here’s a breakdown of the phases involved in our Web Journey Subscription service.
Welcome
We’ll have a discovery call to ensure this service is right for you and your business.
Once the first monthly payment has been scheduled via direct debit we’ll move on to the onboarding stage where you can familiarise yourself with the systems and process and make your first web design/development (whether it be a full on website project or a much needed related task) or graphic design request.
Onboarding
It’s a very simple process. We will provide you with access to your dedicated Trello management dashboard so that you can queue requests and activate requests ready to be worked on.
We will work on the request and get it sent back to you as soon as possible (Normally within 72 hours).
It’s as simple as that.

We’ll work through any type of Digital Design, Branding, Website Design or Web Development (Native to WordPress) or Technical (i.e. Email Solution, Newsletter Campaigns or SEO, Copywriting or Google Management) tasks. All tasks are broken down into modular chunks and delivered as efficiently as possible.
